Born May 29, 1964 in Darby, Pennsylvania, Jim graduated in 1986 from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science. After serving 5 years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, Jim joined Creative Financial Group in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. After achieving the honor of Associate Planner of the Year in 1990 and 1991, Jim was appointed as a Sales Manager in 1992. He also obtained the status of Master Sales Manager in 1998 and won Sales Manager of the Year twice.

On March 1, 2000, Jim was appointed co-managing Partner at Creative Financial Group with Joseph Naselli Sr., Gary Daniels and Dominic Nappi. In June 2006, he was elevated to the position of the company’s President. Creative Financial Group has won the prestigious President’s Trophy 16 times since 1991. Jim graduated in November 2008 with his Master of Science in Management degree from The American College.

Member of GAMA, Member at Aronimink Golf Club, Member of Naval Academy Alumni Association; actively involved with the Variety Club and Children’s Hope Foundations.
