Roman McDonald is President of First Genesis, an affiliate of the Creative Financial Group, a New England Financial general agency. First Genesis specializes in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals accumulate, preserve, and distribute wealth. Prior to forming First Genesis, Roman progressed from being an Associate Planner to a Senior Managing Associate with Creative Financial Group. While at Creative Financial Group, Roman developed a great wealth of knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, including business and estate planning, charitable giving strategies, and wealth distribution and protection strategies.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University, Roman began his career in the investment arena while working on the trading desk for DLJ Direct. As an advocate for helping individuals and businesses meet their financial goals and objectives; Roman has been able to develop his practice into a trusted and respected resource for his community and client base. His passion and enthusiasm for helping others continues to place him in demand as a speaker for wealth preservation and wealth distribution programs through out the country.

He currently is a member of the National African American Advisory Council for MetLife and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Roman is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and the Philadelphia African American Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the LJ Smith Foundation and is also actively involved in charities such as Variety Club, World Impact Ministries, and Children’s Hope Foundation.
