Oscar L. Mestre has been in the financial services industry since 1982.  Oscar’s practice focuses on three main areas: employee benefits, retirement planning, and estate conservation strategies*.  The practice is split between corporate clients and individual/high net worth clients.  Oscar focuses on helping his clients identify, design and implement strategies to produce agreed upon specific results.  His team and the intellectual capital they can bring to the table create a value added approach where the client is always held in center focus.

Oscar graduated from the University of Delaware in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  In 1988, he successfully completed the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC®).

Oscar resides in Berwyn, PA with his wife Margo and three daughters.  He is an avid golfer and serves on several boards.  He is very active in his church and several local charities.
