Mr. Audet graduated from the University of Scranton in 1978 with a degree in Business Communications and a minor in Finance. He attended the University’s MBA program from 1978-81.

Born in Williamsport, PA, Mr. Audet’s family owned and operated a large third generation farming operation. He learned the value of sound financial planning from witnessing the liquidation of the family’s farm upon the death of his grandfather.

After graduating from college, Mr. Audet spent five years with Feibus and Company, a textile operation in Scranton, Pennsylvania and Charlotte, North Carolina. While there, he quickly climbed the ranks from Manufacturing Supervisor to Senior Vice-President of two manufacturing facilities.

In March of 1983, Mr. Audet joined Creative Financial Group to do Strategic Planning for mid-sized family owned businesses. He developed specialized strategies in Executive Benefits Planning, Business Succession and Estate Planning with industry experience in Construction, Manufacturing, the Food industry and Agriculture.

Mr. Audet was promoted to Senior Partner in 1987 when the Creative Financial Group expanded into a fully developed Financial Services Firm. His responsibilities include client relationship management and strategic financial planning for many of Creative Financial Group’s largest of clients.

In 2000, Mr. Audet and Creative Financial Group launched Executive Solutions, an Executive Benefits and Compensation Consulting group. As CEO and President of Executive Solutions, Mr. Audet has consulted for and implemented Executive Benefit strategies for a wide-ranging client base from mid and large sized private companies to Fortune 100 companies.

He has received numerous industry awards throughout his career including Masters Qualifier with The Travelers and Masters Qualifier with New England Financial, winning their Flagship Award (which honors the top producing financial services professionals nationally) on six separate occasions. Additionally, he has merited membership in the Million Dollar Round Table’s top of the table, which recognizes the top 1 percent of financial service professionals worldwide, every year since 1997.

Mr. Audet resides in Centerville, Delaware with his wife Adele, and their three children.
